Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Registration & Account Information
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on webet. You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration. Any false, incomplete, or misleading information may result in account suspension or closure without prior notice. webet reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time through appropriate documentation.
Password Security & Login
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. Any activity that occurs under your account is deemed to have been carried out by you. Please contact webet support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. We recommend using a strong password and not sharing your login details with anyone.
User Responsibilities
Users agree not to use the webet platform for any unlawful purpose, to disrupt platform operations, or to cause harm to other users. This includes a prohibition on using automated software, bots, or any method that attempts to manipulate the betting or payment systems. Violations of these responsibilities may result in legal action and permanent account closure.
Suspended or Closed Account Policy
Webet reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in situations including: failed identity verification, platform abuse, fraud, money laundering activity, or breach of any condition in this document. Any balance remaining in an account closed due to fraud or a breach may be forfeited. Users who are dissatisfied with an account closure decision may submit an appeal to the webet support team.
Payment & Transaction Information in Malaysian Ringgit
All financial transactions on the webet platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is valid, registered in their own name, and has sufficient funds at the time of the transaction.
Successful deposits will be credited to your account balance within the timeframe specified by your chosen payment method — typically between 1 and 15 minutes. webet is not responsible for any delays caused by third parties such as banks or e-wallet providers.
For withdrawals, a one-time identity verification is required before your first withdrawal request can be processed. Withdrawals will be processed in accordance with the minimum and maximum limits set by the platform. Any withdrawal request suspected of involving illegal activity or fraud may be withheld pending investigation.
Users are strictly prohibited from using the webet platform for money transfers or money laundering purposes. Any suspicious transactions will be reported to the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable Malaysian laws.
